Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatically applicable to all orders. A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The return request has been approved in accordance with our Return Policy
  • The product is visibly poor in quality at the time of delivery
  • The product is mostly unused and in its original packaging
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once a return request is approved:

  • The returned product will be inspected by our quality team
  • If the product meets refund conditions, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or used
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Late return requests submitted after 24 hours
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability at delivery

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Originals PK if the issue affects only a portion of the order.

All decisions regarding partial or full refunds are final.
