Originals PK does not offer general exchanges or returns once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain food safety standards and protect all customers.

- The product is visibly poor in quality or defective at the time of delivery
- The product is mostly unused
- The product is in its original packaging and original condition
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
Return requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

- Contact Originals PK within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the product issue
- Share order details for verification
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by management. Originals PK reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or used
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Requests made after the 24-hour reporting window
- Change of mind or personal preference
Refunds for Approved Returns
If a return is approved after inspection:
- A refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy
- Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit
- Processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval
No refunds will be issued without return approval.
