Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, order size, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 1kg to 5kg orders: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
- 25kg to 50kg orders: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days
Originals PK is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, courier issues, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Originals PK follows a No Exchange or Return Policy due to the nature of food products.
Returns may only be considered if:
- The product is visibly poor in quality
- The product is mostly unused
- The product remains in its original packaging
Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Management’s decision regarding returns and refunds will be final.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped or processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Customers must contact us immediately after placing an order to request cancellation. Originals PK reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status.
